Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Leeds. We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders placed before [cut-off time] ship same day; next-day delivery available at checkout. [Client to confirm carrier, cut-off and delivery windows.]

Delivery

UK delivery is a flat £5.00 per order. [Free-delivery threshold, if any — client to confirm.] Whatever checkout quotes is what you pay — no surprises added afterwards.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, sealed products for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email info@geneticssupplements.uk with your order number and we’ll send the return address; refunds land within 14 days of the product reaching us.

Opened product can’t be resold, so it can’t be refunded for a change of mind — but if something is wrong with what arrived (damaged, faulty, not what you ordered) that’s on us: write in and we’ll make it right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.
